Love Letter Purse & Cards

Dec 7th, 2010 | By | Category: Announcements, archives, Recent Posts

We had fun making this set of cards and purse to hold them in at my Christmas Giftables class last weekend.  The purse pattern is from Becky Roberts’ Purse-onally Perfect Notes tutorial.  Isn’t it great?  Thanks, Becky, for sharing your creativity!  There are better views of the cards and purse below (I know, I had trouble fitting them all in one picture and just lost patience!).

A couple of the cards were inspired by some I saw on Stampin’ Connection and changed up a bit:

Flower card – Beth McCullough

Patchwork card – Jennie Maier

Thanks ladies for your inspiration!  The Love Letters Designer Series Paper was a great choice for this set and my class attendees loved it.  Thanks for stopping by!

  4. Oops! Sorry, I’ll add that. Yes, I used the Flower Folds Sizziz die and I believe it was the second from the smallest one that fit on the card. I’ve used that flower with the smallest one on a card as well (layered) and it looks really cute.

  5. This is a gorgeous set! I think I will have to try to make one. I already have Becky’s tutorial, so I guess I just needed to see one in my favorite colors. Thank you!

  6. Wow!! This is wonderful!! I must have that DSP now! Great stuff. TFS
