Santa Claus is coming to town!

Wow, just a week until it’s Thanksgiving here in the U.S.!  Where has the time gone?  The holidays will be come and gone before we know it!  But for now, it’s certainly beginning to look a lot like Christmas with store decorations up and I’ve seen a few houses with their decorations up as well.  Likely because we’ve had a really beautiful fall in the upper Midwest (Chicago area) this year and I think people have taken the opportunity to get the decorations up while the weather permits.  I may have to drag my boys out this weekend to help get the lights up!  You never know when we could get hit with our first snow and/or really cold weather!

I love this vintage Santa Claus stamp set (Jolly Old Saint Nick) that’s now available in the 2010 Holiday Mini. There are several other cute images in this stamp set (below).  The Candy Cane Christmas Specialty Designer Paper adds that extra sparkle with it’s yummy sparkly stripes (I love this paper!  But, then, I’m a sucker for most of the Stampin’ Up! Designer Series Papers!).  And aren’t the polka dots and stripes fun together?  Real Red cardstock and Real Red 5/8" Satin Ribbon finish off the card.

  • Stamp Set:  Jolly Old Saint Nick
  • Cardstock:  Real Red, Whisper White
  • Ink:  Black Stazon, Real Red
  • Accessories:  Blush Blossom marker, Real Red marker, Dazzling Diamonds (on hat)
