Simple and Elegant
I love the single stamp set called "Dasher", and wanted to use it for some of my personal Christmas cards. Actually, I think I’m going to use it for my husband’s business holiday cards as well – that’s how much I like it! This design is simple and elegant and uses one of the new embossing folders from the 2009 Holiday mini.

Encore Gold ink was used for the Dasher stamp and stamped on Whisper White cardstock. I then embossed it with Gold embossing powder. I also used the Encore Gold ink for the message inside the card.

I used Whisper White cardstock for the base of the card. Then layered it with Gold cardstock and Whisper White cardstock. The larger top white layer was embossed using the Petals-a-plenty embossing folder from the 2009 Holiday Mini.

5/8" Real Red ribbon was used to tie around the top layers of the card to add that extra pop.
